The Jane Street recruiting kit consists of a custom folder containing a series of stepped inserts. Our objective was to design a modular collateral piece that could be handed out at premier colleges and universities. Inserts provide a company overview as well as career-track specific information.
Conceptually, the piece speaks to its collegiate audience by relating the company's emphasis on learning with growth in the financial marketplace through it's 'Your Growth is our Growth' tag-line. The piece illustrates the youthful culture and tech savvy environment by leveraging custom photography and building on the brand vision of the company's website.
From a production standpoint the folder is printed full bleed with process inks and two Pantone colors. It is also finished with a spot varnish effect that adds a subtle tactile quality to the exterior line graphics. Both the folder and inserts use custom corner radius die cuts to further relate the piece to it's web counterpart.
